Once you have confirmed your course, you will become liable for costs if you have to cancel. Cancellation must be given in writing.
A charge will be made depending on the notice given:
- Two months or more – No charge
- One week to One month – 50% of the cost of the course
- Less than One week – The full cost of the course will be charged.
- Depending on the circumstances, if a new course is booked immediately, a percentage refund will be applied to the new course.
Payment is required within seven days of receipt of the invoice please.
Oaklands Plus Ltd reserve the right to charge a late payment fee if the account is not settled within seven days. This will be charged at the rate of 1. 5%.
Further late payment will be charged at a rate of 1.5% of the total bill every thirty days.
BACS payments, PayPal or cash are the only accepted payment methods please.
