“I really think everyone should do this course 1st Aid 4 All run by Jonathan. It was excellent, informative and fun, very well presented, easy to follow and very hands on.  We had 7 dog trainers from The Friendly Dog Club, we all work with a lot of people from all walks of life. This course gives the confidence to deal with medical emergencies large and small.  We covered legal stuff,  how to assess and work out what is needed when faced with someone who is injured or collapsed.  How to deal with choking (lots of fun with the choke vest!), hands on CPR, giving life breathes and how to use an AED.  An excellent course very well run. Thank you for a great day Jonathan “

“To whom it may concern,
I am writing a statement which will help decision maker’s who wish to arrange training for members of the community, who would like to learn how to use effectively the new range of Defibrillators available for public use.
We managed to be donated a CPR kit from the British Heart Foundation and a Defibrillator provided by Hordle Parish council has been fitted at the Everton Village store.
We then contacted Mr Jonathan Dowe and his team at the Lymington and Sway First Responders Group.
Mr Dowe and his team have demonstrated the CPR techniques to more than fifty people from Everton Village, usually with a class size of around twelve people. Presently, we are arranging for future demonstrations.
We have found Jonathan and his team good to work with, and very professional.
We would recommend Jonathan and his team to all those wishing to learn new skills in saving life.”

“My wife tracked down Jonathan when we were struggling to secure the British Red Cross and the St Johns Ambulance to support Imberhorne Schools student led ‘Christmas Market’ in December 2017.

When we looked at the cost of a private first aid provision to add to our risk assessment we were flabbergasted at the prices we were quoted as most were touching £500 to cover first aid provision for our three hour event.
Jonathan, our local hero on the night, not only provided first class customer service and a level of assurance second to none but was good fun and by the end of the night was more of a friend than a supplier and I’m pleased to say that we didn’t actually have to take advantage of his skill set on the night but he was there on hand for the duration of our event if required.
We have found our first rate first aider and will be using him at all our public events in the future.
Thank you Jonathan for making the potentially difficult part of our event planning so hassle free and great value for money and doing it as if you were part of the school community.
All best wishes and see you at our summer garden party”

“Jonathan came into school to provide CPR and AED training for my Year 5/6 class. The session was very hands on, engaging and informative and my whole class thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. He catered well for the individual needs of the group and met my objectives for the session too.”
